Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. The role is based in HONOLULU, Hawaii. You will be responsible for managing cash applications, maintaining efficient communication with banks, and ensuring the best rates for clients. To submit your resume, please call us at 808-531-8056. Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process client credit applications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
• Handle transfer requests for Reserve Accounts accurately
• Update the rate book regularly
• Ensure all property accounts are within FDIC limits by reviewing current investments
• Prepare and manage investment sheets for upcoming maturities
• Execute investment instructions approved by Property Manager/Board
• Journalize investment transactions to the General Ledger
• Communicate effectively with banks to negotiate the best rates for our clients
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledge in Billing procedures and processes
• Familiarity with Cash Applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
