[A fast-growing company in need of an Office AdminAssistant.
[Summary of essential job functions:
[ Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
[ Schedule and track meetings and appointments, and book flights and travel arrangements
[ Maintain vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services
[ Processing billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain databases; track accounts; and assist in copying and distributing internal documents as requested
[ Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
[ Update spreadsheets used by accounting, production, and field services as requested
[ Processing management requests for POs, Invoices, Budgets
[ Processing employee expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner.
[ Assists with other duties as requested.
*[Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
[ Proven experience as an office administrator Assistant.[, office assistant or relevant role
[ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
[ Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
[ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
[ Experience in the construction industry preferred
[ High school diploma is required
