What will you be doing?
Leading, training, and supervising warehouse staff
Maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventory
Overseeing shipping and receiving
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and organization
Inspection and quality control of products
Enforcing safety regulations & coordination of equipment maintenance
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments and prepare reports as needed.
What do you bring?
Self-motivated, hands on leader with the demonstrated willingness to assist wherever needed.
Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems, basic data entry, scanner guns, and inventory control.
Proficiency in warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
