The Diesel Mechanic will maintenance our diesel driven equipment both on land and offshore.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

  • Maintain Mistras diesel driven equipment both on land and offshore to ensure it is in the best working condition.

  • Keep up maintenance records on Mistras equipment.

  • Maintain an inventory of needed parts to ensure equipment continues to run smoothly.

  • Order or request needed parts.

  • Perform other duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 plus years of diesel mechanic experience.

  • Basic computer skills for scheduling, communication and reporting

  • Must posses a valid Driver’s license; TWIC Card preferred

  • Offshore certifications preferred

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
