Essential Duties:
? Schedule all builds, repairs, and warranty work.
? Enter inbound leads into system, send leads to appropriate salespeople, and ensure lead database is accurate
? Manage documents and information for all builds ensuring everything is entered correctly
? Follow up with clients once jobs are complete to collect feedback
? Assist with email and mailer campaigns
? Manage various reports and send updates when appropriate
? Answer and direct phone calls
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a construction environment.
? Tech savvy and proficient with project management software.
? Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
? Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
