Role Summary
The Data Management & Process Advisor will be an integral part of the Finance Automation & Efficiency (FAE) Team within US Employer FP&A. This role involves the monthly execution of data consolidation and reporting processes oriented around US Employer Membership, while overseeing membership data governance and process controls pertaining to the FIRM (Financial Information Reporting Mart) Tool. In addition, the Advisor will collaborate with matrix partners on process streamlining and reporting improvement initiatives and/or lead small FAE projects / components of larger FAE projects depending on evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly consolidation and reporting of US Employer Membership (across several coverages including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Pharmacy).
Facilitate and enhance routine as well as ad hoc reporting by running queries on master databases, reviewing the data, summarizing information and distributing exhibits.
Be the primary resource of data management within the FIRM Membership environment.
Actively seek opportunities to streamline processes and reporting exhibits – look for ways to automate, consolidate, or eliminate redundancies in various processes and reports.
Actively engage with and support project management teams to facilitate data management and information flows relating to development and implementation of new product/solution offerings.
Support departmental & enterprise projects oriented around process improvement initiatives – determine requirements, plan projects, establish priorities, and monitor and communicate progress.
Qualifications / Key Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics or related field.
4+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, and/or extensive data reporting preferred.
Experience in process improvement and/or project management preferred; Six Sigma certification a plus.
Finance experience preferred but not required
General knowledge of health insurance products/solutions preferred but not required.
Technical skills:
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel / Access) required.
Proficiency in data management / visualization applications such as Oracle DRM, Oracle BI, Hyperion, Tableau, or similar tools highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large volume of data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills (to facilitate smooth monthly production/reporting cycles) and effective organization skills to manage competing priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks/systems independently.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,300 - 158,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
