About the job you are considering:
The MAXIMO Engagement Director will lead as a value-focused, business and technology transformation trusted advisor. With Maximo implementation experience, will provide project direction to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business stakeholder and execute high value business solutions.
Your role:
Provide client’s business value by applying technology enabled solutions to address their business objectives.
Program planning, delivery and deployment, budget management, P&L management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development.
Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting
Proactively look to find, position, and apply new technology / solutions in MAXIMO.
Work with solutions and sales teams to support new solution and new business development activities.
Mentoring team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications.
Ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
Your skills and experience:
Senior Business Leader with multiple End-To-End process view across multiple Maximo areas.
A history of professional success, preferably in Large Consulting Services
Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies, Experience working with offshore and/or nearshore teams across multiple continents.
Have a successful track record running and delivering large MAXIMO programs.
Detail orientation, self-direction, and independent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Stellar executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level.
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required.
Ability to create a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
Excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
15 years professional experience MAXIMO Program Management and Project Delivery Enterprise Asset Management , with a deep understanding of MAXIMO Application Suite and additional Technologies.-
Experience managing 30m-40m programs.
Relevant MAXIMO Certifications preferred
