Description Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proficient Desktop Administrator to manage our company's computers and software applications. The potential candidate will have an in-depth understanding of different computer systems, networks, and databases to keep them functional and updated. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure optimal performance. Conduct daily network backup operations. Troubleshooting systems, networks problems, diagnosing, and solving hardware or software faults. Providing technical support across the company and resolving all IT-related issues. Set up accounts for new users and provide them with necessary training. Test and evaluate new technology and ensure the secure integration into the company system. Conduct regular system audits. Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field. Proven experience as a System administrator, Network Administrator or similar IT role. Hands-on experience with diverse computer systems and networks. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. Sound knowledge of internet security and data privacy protection. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Good communication skills and a keen eye for details. Relevant detail oriented certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) will be a plus. Working as a desktop administrator, the candidate must ensure seamless communication, operation, and performance of system-based services and applications within the company.
