Responsibilities
Provides high-level administrative support of an often confidential nature and serves as the personal executive assistant to C-Level Executive, Vice President, Medical Director or two or more Directors. May supervise, coach and train lower-level clerical staff and assist with projects and other departmental duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Associate or Degree
Experience
Required: 10 years secretarial experience.
College coursework may be substituted on a year-for-year basis: Associate’s degree may count for 2 years of
experience, Bachelor’s degree for 4 years of experience,
OR
5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
