U.S. Physical Therapy and OPR Management Services, Inc. HR Coordinator in Houston, Texas
We are looking to employ an HR Coordinator with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. The HR Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills.
To ensure success, the HR Coordinator will have excellent administrative and HRIS skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Follow HR guidelines for reviewing and entering employee status changes.
Maintain employee digital files in the HRIS system.
Assist in the processing of new hires through iCIMS applicant tracking system.
Interact via email and by phone with contacts to ensure all data received is accurate, complete and in compliance with Company procedures and guidelines.
Enter PTO for eligible new hires into HRIS system.
Enter/process background requests; monitor to completion.
Respond to inquiries via phone and email relating to hire information, benefits, staff changes, PTO questions, etc.
Any other job assignments, as needed.
Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources preferred.
2 years of experience as an HR/HRIS Coordinator is essential.
UltiPro and iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
