Job Title: HR Generalist

Duration: Contract to Hire

Location: North Houston

Details:

Established manufacturing company located in north Houston is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team!

Focus includes-

o Assist HR Manager with data entry and client needs

o Understanding of workplace employee relations and confidentiality/sensitivity requirements

o Responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding and maintaining employee documentation

o Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Top consideration given to candidates with:

o Bachelor’s Degree

o Must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

o Strong technical skills to troubleshoot various system questions/issues

o Ideal candidate has experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS

o High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong public speaking skills as essential for success in this role

o Targeting- $70-75K
