Job Description
The Industrial Hygiene Specialist will be an integral part of the Enterprise Safety team at a major utility provider in Houston. Their primary responsibility will be to review, audit, and ensure that existing policies align with both company standards and federal regulations. While the role does not initially involve physical sampling or testing of chemicals, there may be occasions in the future where this is required.
The types of sampling conducted include fit testing, audio testing, and chemical/fume testing. The Industrial Hygiene Specialist will handle inquiries from internal stakeholders, coordinate with third-party vendors for sampling, and manage the testing process. They will interpret the results and address any data that does not comply with established guidelines.

IH equipment experience Previous experience working at a consulting firm
Bachelors or Masters in IH
Certified IH (CIH) null
