At Honeywell Solutions and Services, we run Energy Efficiency and Demand Response programs that help save energy for utilities and customers. You would be part of an Agile team that is responsible for developing our NextGen CRM/Work order management system that is used by us and our customers. You'll be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle including gathering requirements, solution design, development, testing and deployment.
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
Key responsibilities:
Design/develop components of our new platform
Develop backend oracle procedures/code queries
Build quality software using tools such as JIRA, GIT, COPILOT
Apply and promote high-quality engineering practices
Provide relative estimates for the development effort, validate, and improve continuously
Provide operational support of the solution
You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
2 years' experience Oracle/SQL Developer with PL SQL Experience
Experience with .Net / C#
4 years' experience developing software solutions in a comparable software stack.
Ability to understand both functional and non-functional requirements of a solution which are built for scale.
Good principles of software design and architecture.
