JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for coordinating the resource planning activities of the division in accordance with operation and construction activities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Research, collect, process, and deliver all permit paperwork and payments to obtain municipality construction permits and inspections.
Obtain permit for model homes, construction trailers, sales offices, etc.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit developer architectural guidelines and/or plans to obtain approvals.
Coordinate pre-construction meetings with municipality officers and Pulte’s construction team.- Generate architectural drawings and order plot plan and engineering drawings to third party business partners. - Orderly file drawings and permits as electronic documents available to the construction team and business partners in the “Build With Pulte” network.
Ensure document management is complaint with SOX.
Assist Expeditor in handling construction schedules and Construction Managers to obtain certifications.- Support resource management activities at the discretion of the Resource Planning Manager.MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES LEVEL: MENTOR / COACH / FEEDBACK
