Encargado de gestionar los aspectos de progreso tanto físico como financieros y contractuales de los proyectos de edificación. Sus principales responsabilidades incluyen:
Responsabilidades Clave
Comprender el alcance del trabajo: Entender los entregables, el calendario de ejecución, la estructura de precios/previsiones, los formatos y los informes.
Cuantificación y Costeo: Realizar cuantificaciones, costeo y análisis de precios; medir y valorar el trabajo realizado en obra.
Medición de Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (KPI): Evaluar y medir los KPI para asegurar el rendimiento del proyecto.
Gestión de Proyectos: Gestionar e informar sobre los trabajos en curso y las principales desviaciones en cantidades para la emisión del forecast
Informes y Comunicación: Redactar y emitir informes completos a los clientes; servir de enlace con el cliente y otros profesionales de la construcción, como directores de obra, directores de proyecto e ingenieros de obra.
Documentación y Validación: Realizar MTO (Material Take-Off) desde dibujos IFC (Issued for Construction) para un CWP (Construction Work Package); crear formularios y formatos de informes de materiales; validar estimaciones de progreso de contratistas utilizando ROC (Rules of Credit); testificar y monitorear las cantidades instaladas.
Calificaciones y Experiencia
Experiencia: Más de 10 años de experiencia en una función relacionada con el control de mediciones de obra, idealmente en proyectos multidisciplinarios medianos y grandes en un entorno EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management).
Habilidades Técnicas: Sólidas habilidades en MS Office y experiencia con herramientas y sistemas de estimación; conocimiento de P6 sería una ventaja.
Experiencia de Terreno: La experiencia de terreno sería una ventaja.
