Pay range is $22-$24/hour. Salary range is based upon background and level of experience.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Compile and maintain accounting records for payable system
Audit and verify expense reports and/or vendor invoices
Scan and index AP documents
Maintain expense reimbursement cycle
Manage and process weekly check runs.
Maintain 1099 forms
Mailbox maintenance to include rereview and distribution
Nonessential functions and responsibilities:
Required SkillsRequired Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of accounts payable accounting experience
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of accounting computer systems and software
Working Conditions:
Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
