Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience in apartment maintenance? Were looking for a Maintenance Technician to handle apartment turnovers, ensuring units are move-in ready for new residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, painting, and general maintenance in vacated units
• Inspect and troubleshoot appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Replace cabinet facings, fixtures, and other unit essentials as needed
• Ensure apartments meet property standards before new tenants move in
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines for unit turnover
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

? Experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or related field ? Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry ? Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and work on ladders as needed ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills ? Reliable transportation and valid drivers licenserequired
