We are pleased to announce the opening for a part time Janitorial Staff, who will join our Facilities Department in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team known for providing exceptional support to those working at our various sites in the Huntsville area.

Responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for cleaning the restrooms, offices, and common areas on a daily and weekly basis as well as some cleaning tasks on a bi-weekly and monthly basis. Responsibilities will also include escorting outside contractors doing repairs to the office space, helping move furniture and equipment, and assisting the Facilities Manager in office repairs.

Basic Qualifications:

• You must have a high school diploma or GED

• You will need 2 years of full-time professional experience. Prefer 5+ years of experience in janitorial services

• You must be able to pass a Background Check

• You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position

• You must be able to lift at least 40 pounds

• Cleaning skills – Ability to use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies safely and effectively.

• Attention to detail – Ensuring all areas are properly cleaned and maintained.

• Time management – Completing tasks efficiently within assigned timeframes.

• Reliability & punctuality – Arriving on time and completing duties consistently.

• Communication skills – Ability to follow instructions and report issues effectively.

• Teamwork – Working well with other team members and other staff

• Customer service – Being professional and courteous

• Clearance – Active Security Clearance Preferred, but not required
