Join our team as an Expert-Level Maintenance Technician, where you'll be responsible for assembling, designing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. With exposure to advanced robotics and PLCs, this role offers opportunities to work on state-of-the-art equipment and tackle complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, design, and test hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, and more.
Program, troubleshoot, repair, and modify programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machines, robotics (ABB/Fanuc), and other advanced electronic equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, as well as machine components.
Fabricate and machine components for jigs, fixtures, and parts using materials such as metal, plastic, and wood.
Perform root cause analysis and diagnostics on high-speed spindles, bearing burnouts, AC/DC drives, and 208V Japanese standard electrical circuits.
Document maintenance activities through written and electronic methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
Hands-on experience with robotics (ABB/Fanuc), PLC programming and troubleshooting (To-yo-puck, Mitsubishi, Omron).
Proficiency in electrical maintenance, schematics, automation, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex industrial equipment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance skills.
Familiarity with test equipment, blueprints, and programming tools.
Preferred:
Technical expertise in motion/motor control, welding, and machining.
Experience with milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, or CNC programming.
Electrical degree, diploma, or certification in electrical studies.
Military experience or industrial maintenance background.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
$5000 sign-on bonus if within 50 miles
$10,000 relocation if outside the 50 miles
