Position Overview:

KODA Technologies is seeking a dynamicSystems Engineerto join our company supporting the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Engineering/Technical Division. The ideal candidate will be a mid-grade Systems Engineerto work the detailed planning, documenting, tracking and oversight of System Engineering Technical Processes, Technical Management Processes and Activities (i.e.: Reviews and Audits).Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is advantageous, but it is not mandatory. More importantly, we value a candidate'sability and desire to learn about different areas of MBSE and DE.Familiarity with Army Aviation is also a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program, focusing on thedetailed planning, documenting, tracking and oversight of all of the System Engineering Technical Processes, Technical Management Processes and Activities (i.e.: Reviews and Audits).
• Engage in detailed problem-solving, ensuring that solutions are practical, efficient, and innovative.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of systems models and simulations, leveraging MBSE tools when applicable.
• Participate in all phases of project development from concept through realization, testing, and integration.
• Document processes and results meticulously, ensuring all data and changes are accurately captured in project reports.
• Demonstrate flexibility by learning and contributing to other technical areas within the Engineering Division, as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Five-Ten years of related experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to manage tasks independently.
• Eagerness to engage in continuous learning and development within and beyond current technical expertise.
• MBSE familiarity is preferred but not mandatory
