beyond. We are looking for a dedicated, driven, creative & organized
individual to join our team as Program Manager. The Program Manager will
play a key role in organizing & coordinating projects & initiatives that
support & amplify the community-wide impact of our organization, with a
specific focus on working with & highlighting local brands &
organizations, which involves managing annual events & the
organization?s retail store, as well as contributing to content creation
for print & digital publications. This position reports to the Executive
Director. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Interface
with & manage initiatives with local makers & brands Organize & execute
three annual Love Local Fests, including vendor communication, event
logistics, & volunteer management Manage the Love Live Local retail
store, including inventory management, vendor communication, & online
order fulfillment Research & create editorial content for publications,
including Love Local Field Guide & Gift Guide Research & create
editorial content for digital communications, including newsletters &
website Attend networking & community-building events on behalf of the
organization Provide general administrative support & develop systems
for programs & initiative Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a
related field. 2-3 years job experience can substitute Previous
experience in event planning; volunteer management is a plus Strong
organizational, customer service & communication skills Ability to work
independently & collaboratively A working knowledge of the Microsoft
Suite & Google Drive Experience in program management & retail
management is a plus Strong knowledge of Cape Cod\'s local businesses &
community is a plus The position will mostly require work on site at the
Love Live Local office in Hyannis, with the opportunity to
work-from-home on occasion. Additionally, candidates must be available
from set-up to breakdown for each Love Local Fest: last Sunday in July,
last Sunday in September & the first Saturday in December. A moderate
amount of physical effort is required. Must be able to lift/move
25/50lbs regularly/occasionally. Position requires the ability to
operate a keyboard & general office equipment at efficient speed.
