About the role Leads team of intermediate to experienced quality professionals, setting objectives and guiding others on the execution and approach for achievement by using Carrier Excellence/Continuous Improvement tools resulting in improved operational results. Responsible for moderate to significant improvements to processes, systems and products to enhance quality performance. Key Responsibilities:
GROW CAPABILITY: As a trainer to enable Capability development for Leaders and Practitioners and develop training content and deliver the trainings. Help set Continuous Improvement / Lean goals for Globally/ hubs and assist in leading the effort to achieve them.
DELIVER & SUSTAIN RESULTS: Apply the Continuous Improvement / Lean methodology, develop a global plan and lead its execution – ultimately linked to the business strategy and results and closely aligned with the CBS priorities. Project management of identified Improvement activities and tracking and enabling delivery.
DELIVER & GROW Cx LEADERSHIP & CULTURE: Design, Develop and Coach Cx Leadership Behaviors and in doing so support and develop a sustainable continuous improvement culture. Coaching leaders in Cx ways of working, developing in house capability and network of CI internally. Define the benefits tracking framework and mechanics and rollout for productivity improvements tracking
TOOLS EXPERT: Be able to lead Kaizens, VSM, rollout visual management, huddles, Cx room, RRCA, and others and deliver micro learning sessions for teams globally. The goal would be to develop some real strong examples of success (showcases) which can be shared with the rest of the organization and create a stepping-stone to expand the CI activities to the next level.
Role Purpose:
The Cx Manager has responsibility for achieving operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and review; developing action plans and recommendations to meet productivity, quality, and customer-service standards training and coaching on Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Working closely with the Service Excellence team members, Global Process Owners, Operational Leaders, and 3rd party service providers Define and Implement Continuous Improvement/ Carrier Excellence culture
Minimum Requirements:
Black Belt with Improvement coaching expertise in Service Industry with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Service Industry
Project Management, Continuous Improvement Expert
Ability to deliver work through influence is important; as selection criteria the candidates will have to be able to evidence strong examples of changing “hearts and minds” and are therefore are most likely to be both “people” and “project” led change agents.
Ability to generate outstanding visual reports, project management of improvements tracking and delivery, demonstrated capability to apply Lean/Lean Sigma Philosophy and Tools.
Effective Communication skills (presentation, effective conversations, written)
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong Facilitation & coaching skills (teamwork and team building)
Accreditation as a Kaizen Facilitator would be a significant plus

Manages all levels of professional level Carrier Excellence employees focused on reengineering initiatives that utilize lean, continuous improvement, project management, and business integration skill sets.
Directs employees to apply Carrier Excellence tools and methodologies in business and manufacturing environments to drive best in class processes while working to become a recognized Carrier Excellence Practitioner/Carrier Excellence Master.
Ensures that best practices related to quality control procedures are used to effectively evaluate an organization's products.
Leads Carrier Excellence Site Assessments for small sites to enable Carrier Excellence site and cell certifications.
Analyzes monthly Carrier Excellence Performance Metrics to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality are met.
Directs employees to demonstrate proper application and interpretation of the Carrier Excellence criteria in order to gain certification as an Carrier Excellence Silver/Gold assessor.
Provides highly specialized expertise and content for Carrier Excellence training materials to ensure a successful Carrier Excellence Certification Program.
Minimum Requirements
Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.
Has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
