Job Summary:

A Security Program Manager is responsible for imparting security trainings to all the Security Personnel deployed in Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai as per the Annual Training Program Schedule.

Essential Functions:

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

  • The STPM will maintain Training Schedule, Nominal Rolls of Training Attendees, Work on Training Content and Curriculum, Work on drafting Security SOP's, Review them with the help from GSO Managers and impart Trainings to all based on the Finalized SOPs.

  • The STPM will also conduct Safety and Security briefings for support staff from Facilities and impart Cab Safety Trainings to drivers.

  • Plan and develop security self-assessment tools, procedures and metrics and coordinating those with other subject matter experts.

  • Identify opportunities and develop tactical and strategic solutions for enterprise service delivery to meet regulatory compliance requirements in a holistic manner.

  • Strong working experience and knowledge in MAS Technology Risk Management guidelines and Data Loss Prevention projects.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, formulating and. implementation of organization wise training and programs. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Competencies:

  • Handling inbound/outbound mail.

  • Adept in working over MS Excel.

  • Fluent in local vernacular and English
