Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in technical program management working on cross-functional programs.
Experience working with business intelligence platforms and tools.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Ability to understand infrastructure and engage in scoping conversations.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.

You design, improve, and scale the self-help platform, marked by its stellar user experience and clean navigation. Versed in search optimization techniques, you collaborate with fellow marketing and technical support Googlers to make sure the experience is powerful and seamless for customers.

Set the scope and direction for programs by outlining goals and objectives, manage multiple projects, organize cross-project work within the program, and define program controls/governance/standards.
Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery.
Collaborate to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, and help the team in execution.
Engage with partner teams on the program, to align on scoping, seeking escalation help, resolving discrepancies on program status, and communicating program status.
Build relationships with Engineering, Site Reliability Engineer, Product Management, and Engineering Productivity teams.
