Meet Amazon's Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team whose mission is to build the world’s best Artificial General Intelligence that will enable every Amazon business to deliver more value to its customers and benefits humanity. AGI foundational models and services can be used across all businesses at Amazon. Powering this growing in AGI is need for Data, that ML model depend. AGI Data Services is a key part of AGI org providing data creation, curation, and analytics services to help develop, test, and train the AI models. This organization generates ground truth data which is used to train machine learning models. The team works with various data formats such as audio, video, and images, and packages this information to be used by internal stakeholders (e.g., data modeling and product teams).
AGI Data Services is looking for a UX designer who will perform a mix of UX research and UX design to provide a highly productive, intuitive and easy to use workplace productivity application experience for Amazon employees. You’ll partner with internal customers, product managers, technical program managers, and engineers to translate business goals into efficient and thoughtful human-centered UX. You’ll create elegant, intuitive user interfaces that meet business needs. In this role, your excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and ability to thrive through ambiguity and competing priorities will be critical as you work through all phases of the design process, from mapping the end-to-end user journey at Amazon, to research and usability analysis and rapid prototyping. You will continually broaden your technical understanding as new technologies become available and as you learn about integrations between the workplace productivity suite and other applications and services within Amazon’s workplace productivity services ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of design experience
3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience
Experience prototyping (HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash or Flash Catalyst, or Axure)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer
Have an available online portfolio
Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
