As our ERP Business Analyst – you will report to the V.P. IT Applications of our corporate IT team. You will analyze business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency. On a given day, you may: Collaborate with partners to gather and document requirements for ERP system implementation. Analyze existing business processes, design ERP solutions to improve operations and efficiency. Work together with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation of our requirements. Work together with teams to ensure successful ERP system integration. Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements or modifications. Monitor and evaluate system performance, identify issues, and propose and implement solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Syteline ERP systems and business analysis methodologies. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role. Experience with multiple sites, branches, or companies in an ERP environment. Knowledge and proficiency with Syteline ERP system. Experience working with Finance, Projects, Shop Floor Operations, APS in manufacturing environment. Travel & Location You will be fully remote and we ask that you travel approximately 20% of the time. Why work at JBT ...
