BASIC FUNCTIONS: This position performs basic software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate, aiming to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand business processes: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify repetitive, manual tasks and areas with automation potential.
Design and develop automation solutions: Design efficient automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Power Automate, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Develop robust and reusable automation components: Create modular and reusable components to ensure scalability and maintainability of automation solutions.
Integrate with various systems and applications: Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications (e.g., APIs, databases) to ensure seamless data flow and automation across the organization.
Thoroughly test and debug automation workflows: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of automation solutions.
Document automation solutions: Create clear and concise documentation for developed workflows, including user guides and maintenance instructions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements: Continuously learn and implement new features and functionalities within UiPath, Power Automate, and other relevant automation technologies.
Collaborate effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT support, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications:
BS Engineering/Computer Science/ any IT related degree or equivalent experience is required.
2-3 years knowledge or experience in automation development using tools like UiPath Studio and/or Power Automate.
With automation development experience using Python.
Knowledge or experience in web development specifically Python's Django framework, Ajax, HMTL, CSS, and JavaScript.
Solid understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) principles and concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Experience with data manipulation and extraction techniques.
Experience in programming language like .Net or Java.
Background in MySQL or any related SQL Tool.
