About the Role
You will be responsible for keeping the datasets (source, published) up to date in end- to -end workflows. You will ensure correct data transformations, analyze the cause, and provide suggestions for improvements. You will work closely together with members of various teams, including Technical, development, production, and subject matter experts.
Accountabilities:
Mastering datasets, keep it up-to-date and aligns between the systems
Ensuring correct data transformations and analysis the cause
Collaborating within/outside teams to derive the objectives forward
Keeping the relevant process documents & its associated materials up to date with version controls
Working on the improvement/enhancement projects/initiatives to improve utilization of datasets and look for possible automation
Testing search capabilities and reviewing customer experience with the database
Performing frequent Data health check-ins to ensure its quality & have proper governance in place
Coming up with lists of data audits from salesforce
Data analysis
Setting up salesforce reporting and dashboards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
3 - 5 years of related experience in data stewardship and salesforce
TOOLS/PROGRAMS REQUIRED: Salesforce, Microsoft office
Good verbal and written Communication skills
Process mapping experience and documenting workflows
Detail oriented
Experience in SQL is a plus
Experience with billing systems and other CRM is a plus
