Lilly is advancing our Enterprise Website strategy to enhance our customer interactions, improve compliance and modularize our content while replicating best practices and learnings around the globe. As a result, Lilly has invested in a center of excellence dedicated to improving and advancing core capabilities around website creation and integration. The Enterprise Website team works closely with the global/affiliate brand and Omnichannel teams to define, build, execute, and measure website performance.
The Associate Account Manager will lead cross-functional website portfolio projects with global and/or local brand teams, IDS, Omnichannel, compliance, medical, legal, regulatory, and other cross functional partners to ensure execution against defined project plans. They are expected to be a proactive problem solver and to develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with colleagues.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ensure launch readiness capability to support upcoming and ongoing launches,
Support the development of website standards and guidelines that enable teams to deliver a purposeful, relevant, and intuitive website experience based on unique customer needs
Ensure frequent, continuous, and effective communications with team members and stakeholders to set expectations and negotiate priorities appropriately
Define, oversee, and maintain a master timeline for all websites in motion utilizing project management software
Track and communicate the progress of initiatives to internal stakeholders and external agency partners
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of websites according to EWI standards
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the business
Provide ongoing solutions and feedback to help improve the EWI operating model, streamline work across the affiliate, and enable compliance and efficiency
Partner with marketing teams and internal capabilities teams across IBU affiliates to understand brand strategy and deliver the best experience for our customers
Consolidate and deliver feedback between internal partners while looking for operational efficiencies to streamline work
Review the overall health of websites using data-driven information to interpret monthly reports and influence website enhancements
3+ years of marketing experience and/or Lilly Marketing Academy
3+ years of operations/or digital marketing experience and/or Lilly Marketing Academy Experience

Knowledge of digital development lifecycle principles and best practices.
