Description
We are on the hunt for a skilled Business Support Analyst to join our clients team based in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, United States. This individual will support the design, implementation and ongoing management of the tools, systems, and processes used in streamlining the procure to pay process in a customer facing role. This role is situated within the industry and requires a deep understanding of system administration.
Responsibilities:
· Support change management and user adoption of procure to pay tools and processes
· Develop and facilitate internal and external training sessions to inform users of system functionality and changes
· Implement support procedures and best practices
· Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
· Participate in testing efforts for system enhancements and/or business process changes
· Ensure documentation is created and maintained appropriately
· Support suppliers on Business Network as is relates to basic portal navigation and training
· Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers
· Escalate vendor issues and coordination resolutions as needed
· Engage in ad-hoc projects to contribute to new initiatives within Accounts Payable
· Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
· Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize system improvements based on business needs
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
· 3-5 years technology support experience, preferably with procure to pay application, Ariba
· Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new systems
· Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
