QUALIFICATIONS

DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Calendar & Meeting Management:

Schedule and coordinate meetings

Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up

2. Communication & Correspondence:

Assist with drafting and distributing internal communications.

Help to maintain contact lists

3. Document & Data Management:

Document Preparation & Organization:

Create, edit, and format documents, including presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and memos.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Enter data into various systems and databases accurately and efficiently.

Generate basic reports and summaries from data.

Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations.

4. Travel & Expense Management:

Travel Arrangements:

Assist with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.  

Expense Reporting:

Assist with the preparation and submission of expense reports.

Maintain accurate records of receipts and invoices.

5. Project Support & Administrative Assistance:

Project Coordination:

Assist with the coordination and execution of various projects.

Track project timelines and deadlines.

Gather and compile information for project reports.

General Administrative Support:

Order and maintain office supplies.

Assist with printing, copying, and scanning documents.

Handle mail distribution.

Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed.

Learning and Development Support:

Help to organize stakeholder updates.

Help distribute learning materials.

CAPSTONE PROJECT

The STW will be developing a portfolio of work from GSSE to share across our stakeholder network.

SKILLS

Strong computer skills necessary, to include basic computer navigation, typing, data entry.

Experience working with the following Microsoft Suite software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Effective interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications.

Interest in problem solving and data entry/management.

PROFESSIONAL NETWORK DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

STW will be able to participate in coaching and development within the Global Sales and Service organization and other departments as interested. Position will include opportunities to work with a leader focused on development and corporate responsibility. STW will participate in a full calendar of STW events, which will include leadership speaker sessions, corporate responsibility activities, and training opportunities.
