WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER The Philanthropy Revenue Operations Program Manager is a member of the Philanthropy Operations and Performance team within TNC's Global Development Division. They are responsible for working within and helping execute an overarching and shared philanthropy revenue management and operations vision. The Program Manager is responsible for collaborating across TNC to identify key challenges, synthesize a plan of action for their areas of responsibility, and deliver targeted outcomes that ensure global fundraising revenue processes are working effectively, are collaborative, standardized, and well-integrated within philanthropy teams and across the organization. They will also ensure processes are adequately supported by our organizational tools and systems so all philanthropy programs at TNC have the ability to best meet their fundraising potential. The Program Manager works towards meeting the team's strategic priorities by employing their experience and expertise in the space of fundraising revenue operations as a participant in organizational projects and priority initiatives related to process and system enhancements for philanthropic revenue management and operations. They bring a measured and solution-oriented mindset to tackle problems that require analysis of processes, systems, and data, which may lead to recommendations that require introducing new strategies, technology, knowledge/skills, staff, structure, and the application of organizational development and change management techniques. The Program Manager is responsible for working collaboratively with staff across the organization. They will contribute to the development of both short-term tactical solutions and recommendations for new long-term revenue operations improvement, monitoring, and measurement strategies and guidelines. They will report on revenue operations health metrics and key process performance indicators for philanthropy revenue management and operations globally, and they apply their knowledge to employ change management strategies related to their work that are effective, timely, informative, and relevant. RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE: Coordinates with the Program Director and project teams on process and system design and implementation of all Philanthropic revenue-related projects. Brings knowledge, experience, and understanding of philanthropic revenue management, not-for-profit financial compliance (IRS, GAAP/FASB), regulations, and accounting, and understands the relation of these to processes, tools, and systems. Desi ns, plans, and guides new initiatives and multiple projects, directing work of staff, maintaining a budget, setting deadlines, and ensuring accountability to ensure team, department, and organization-wide goals and strategies are achieved. Ensures programmatic commitments, TNC policies, procedures, financial standards, and legal requirements are met for ethical compliance. Supervises one or more administrative or professional staff, responsibility includes training and professional development and manages team accountability for strategic goals related to functional area. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience or equivalent combination. Experience leading and implementing multiple projects. Experience negotiating complex agreements. Experience with current and evolving technology in the field of philanthropic revenue management and operations. Experience working with teams across organization. Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of philanthropic revenue management and operations. Supervisory experience including setting objectives and managing performance, including conflict resolution. Expert knowledge of current and evolving trends in the field of non-profit revenue management and operations. Expert in current and evolving technology related to fundraising operations. SALARY INFORMATION The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $87,890 - $129,550 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
