Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Associate and Machine Operator to join their team. As a Production Associate and Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate and Machine Operator
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $20 per hour 1st and 2nd shift openings 3:50am to 4pm and 3:50pm to 4am - working a 12-hour rotating shift
What's the Job?
Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment
Perform quality checks on products and materials
Follow safety procedures and protocols
Sorting and inspection of finished product
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What's Needed?
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to stand entire shift
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Excellent attendance and work history
