Project Manager
As a Project Manager on our platform engineering team, you will oversee and manage multiple development projects within our organization. You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with strategic objectives, and effective resource allocation.
What you'll do:
Plan, execute and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessment
Lead cross-functional teams providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure project success
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely update to stakeholders
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
What you need to succeed:
At least 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in project management software and tools
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
