What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate Creatively: You will work closely with our Director of Marketing, other marketing team members, and senior leaders to brainstorm and develop compelling video content that aligns with our brand’s vision.

  • Storyboard and Concept Development: From high-level ideas, you will create detailed storyboards and concepts, setting the foundation for impactful storytelling.

  • Manage Logistics: You are in charge of all logistics for video shoots, including coordinating with colleagues, hiring external models, and scheduling shoot locations.

  • Shoot High-Quality Video: With access to the latest video production technologies, you will shoot professional, creative footage that reflects the high standards of our brand.

  • Edit and Enhance: Post-production is where your technical skills shine. You will edit and refine footage to produce polished final products that captivate and engage.

  • Feedback Integration: Throughout the production process, you will seek and incorporate feedback from key stakeholders to ensure our videos meet the highest quality and effectiveness standards.

Who You Are:

  • You have a proven track record of producing exceptional video content from start to finish. We value your portfolio and hands-on experience over formal training.

  • You are deeply creative and passionate about storytelling, aiming to engage viewers emotionally and informatively.

  • You possess expertise in high-quality video production, including familiarity with the latest cameras, microphones, lighting, and other related technologies.

  • You are proficient in Premiere Pro or other preferred video editing software, with a keen eye for detail in post-production.

  • You are highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and adept at managing complex projects from inception to completion.
