Tasks & responsibilities

In your new role as Senior International Learning Manager:

• You will deliver and continuously improve the Core PRIME training program, focusing on strategic thinking/ capabilities liaising with colleagues from various functions within and outside the Therapeutic areas (e.g. Medicine, HCA PE, etc).

• You will also design and deliver additional trainings that complement the Core PRIME training program, such as Evidence and strategy, Segmentation, Patient Identification, etc.

• You will develop a complementary learning curriculum for colleagues working in marketing connecting with PRIM3E as necessary under the umbrella of the Brand Strategy College (BSC) .

• You will guide a network of PRIM3E masters and provide "Train the Trainer" support for the "Focus" Markets.

• As a networker, you will forge strong bonds with colleagues in the xTA team as well as collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the TAs. You will maintain regular communication so that colleagues are aware of available trainings and have easy access to the right content at the right time.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree on a relevant area (e.g. marketing, psychology, science)

• At least a few years of hands-on experience in strategic planning

• Demonstrated experience on crafting and delivering training programs that are aligned with product strategy

• Solid knowledge on marketing principles

• Track record in effective project management; ability to working independently and setting priorities with minimal guidance

• Fluent English; excellent communication and presentation skills
