Your responsibilities in this role
High-volume data entry with excellent attention to detail.
Processes billing transactions.
Receives and prepares billing files from a variety of sources to invoice from or upload into billing system.
Prints and reads computer files or gathers records and reports to compile needed data.
Enter and upload information into the billing system or computer.
Review billing invoices, listing products and services sold and amounts due.
Enter sales orders into Sage 300 system.
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Processes daily invoice changes to strive for 100% accuracy in customer billing.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in high-volume billing positions.
Excellent ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele
2+ years of related experience
Required attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Strong familiarity with office work
Microsoft Office knowledge
Sage 300 or any other accounting system knowledge
Multitasking, prioritizing, and dependability
Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Capability of working with others in a collaborative and supportive manner.
High school diploma or GED
