Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience as a Facilities Manager or Chief Engineer.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience as a Facilities Manager, Operations Manager, or Chief Engineer, leading technical teams.
5 years of experience in maintenance of electrical distribution systems in a construction/technical environment, or a related field.
Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently.

Create strategy for cost effective operations, focusing on total cost of ownership.
Demonstrate critical thinking and innovation in approaching traditional data center and emergent challenges.
