Anderson, Tackman & Company CPAs, a full-service accounting firm, seeks an experienced, Partner-track Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join their team in Iron Mountain, Michigan. The ideal candidate is looking to establish on a long-term basis and would like to become a leader and Partner in the company.

• $65,000 -- $150,000 annual starting salary based on your knowledge and experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• CPA License required.
• 5 or more years' experience as a practicing CPA preferred.
• A leadership style that promotes positivity and encourages others to achieve greatness.
• Ability to provide business and tax advisory services.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, individual, corporate and partnership tax returns, and monthly accounting utilizing company tax software.
• Flexibility in the work environment and willingness to work on priority tasks.
• Willingness to stay current on developing tax law and audit standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of accounting office software (Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks).
