Position Summary:
The Strategic Procurement Intern provides assistance on routine reporting, long term agreement log maintenance, and recurring audits. Work in conjunction with Strategic Procurement team to improve Supply Base Delivery.
Main Job Responsibilities:
KPI report calculation and reporting updates
Long Term Agreement (LTA) log maintenance
Recurring AMAPs audits.
Additional Projects:
LTA database review and scrub ton include North Hollwood
Consolidate LTAs on separate drive into Parker tool
Automation of KPI reporting
Creation of an RFQ tool (outside of Lotus Notes)
Reps & Certs / ongoing project management
Update PHConnect suppliers coding (G, S, I, E)
Harmonization of North Hollywood and Parker supply chain policy/procedures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Being enrolled in Bachelor’s or advanced degree program in related field.
GPA 3.0
Ability to work effectively in a variety of assignments.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team member.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to drive tasks to completion.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations.
