Job Description
Our incredible Marketing team is looking for its newest Retail Marketing Manager with specific exposure to the ever-expanding global franchise market to join our growing team. Working with our Lego Certified Store (LCS) partners inTurkey,Israeland Greece as well as a set of internal key colleagues across different geographical locations, you will be driving the branded channel through increased shopper engagement and elevating the value proposition of our brand. Core Responsibilities
Champion our brand strategy—acting as the main touchpoint for our franchise stores
Act as the guardian for our brand standards and guidelines across retail marketing communications
Accelerate the retail marketing plans for all brand-led initiatives to drive traffic, in-storeengagementand consensus
Collaborate with BrandMarketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Operations teams and LCS partners to make sure our stores are prepared for new product launches with aligned positioning, collateral and talking points
Work in collaboration with Global and Regional teams to implement the plans and to drive Shopper agenda for the BU
Support the new LCS stores opening.
Together with our Trade and Brand team build an ecosystem of in-store activation to support regular retail programming and event needs
Generate new, creative ways to bring our brand to life in store that will drive engagement with our products and drive conversion
Use shopper insights to improve in-store messaging and collateral elements
Manage Trade marketing funds, striving for maximum effectiveness and with “more for less” mindset.
Vendor management for Trade Marketing activities
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in trade or retail marketing area, preferably at a branded retail store
Experience from international environment is a plus
Advanced level of verbal and written English andgood levelof Turkish
Analytical skills and ability to aggregate data fromdifferent sourcesinto one comprehensive picture.
Able to lead multiple campaigns and activities at the same time for different markets.
A collaborative approach with an ability to work with a wide range of partners
Strong presentation skills
Good knowledge in MS office applications, especially Excel andPowerpoint
Positive and effective team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
