What you’ll do:

Joining a dynamic and forward-thinking organization as the Human Resources Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping the Turkey Commercial HR strategy, driving talent management initiatives, and enhancing change management conditions. You will foster a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of the market.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will build organizational capabilities with a progressive commercial outlook, leading the market in product specialties. Your role will be instrumental in connecting and collaborating with the Ankara Operational site to ensure synergy across the country while leveraging best practices within the business.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Locally develop and implement Turkey Commercial HR strategy

  • Enhance change management conditions to ensure smooth transitions and adoption across Commercial business aligned to Operational site at Ankara

  • Foster a culture of innovation and drive for excellence bye ensuring competencies and skills training are aligned to Cluster objectives

  • Collaborate with the Ankara Operational site to ensure nationwide synergy.

  • Leverage best practices across Ankara and Istanbul to optimize sales and operations growth

  • Design and develop leadership alignment to support and drive cultural changes.

  • Sponsor Inclusion & Diversity initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace

  • Partner with the leaders in all matters related to people management to enable the business to operate effectively and ensure the timely identification of issues/trends and proposal of solutions

  • Develop and execute strategies for employment, compensation, and skill development. Advocate for and train managers on HR policies, practices and remain the custodian for knowledge share and information regarding Commercial business

  • Understand and implement with priority CI initiatives and ensure CI is integrated with HR process aligned with EMEA business

  • Custodian and sponsor of cross-functional collaboration to enhance working conditions and contribute to HR and Commercial projects

  • Understands the business strategies and identifies opportunities to improve organizational capability and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • University degree

  • 6+ years’ experience in HR at an international company, ideally in a commercial organization

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

  • People management experience is a plus

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of local labour law, change management and organisational change

  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR systems, practices. Ideally in SAP

  • Fluency in English and in Turkish

  • Full digital mindset with strong proficiency in Excel and ability to do presentations

  • Previous experience in Operational business and good understanding of commercial business/function

  • Excellent change management skills
