This role is crucial in Turkey Market environment considering that more than 90% of the Pharma Market is reimbursed driven.
Market Access Manager Turkey will be responsible execution of market access road map for Pharma portfolio in Turkey.
Launch products process will be main priorities for 2024 (business case validated ones) and afterwards.
Market Access Manager Turkey will be the main responsible for the completion of all documentations on time without error.
Main responsibilities:
Executes strategic directions & road maps Market Access strategy
Maintain and improve optimum reimbursement and market access conditions for current in-line products
provide the evidence and knowledge to support to secure optimal reimbursement of our products
Coordinates the integrated evidence generation plans within the country, becomes the payer voice during the scientific planning of the organization.
Coordinate the approval of local MA plans by related brand team members and Global MA teams for critical and new products
Market Access Manager has operational responsibilities to support optimized access conditions.
Develop and sustain good relations with stakeholders on health policy, health economics, market access, reimbursement and pricing issues.
Monitores all reimbursement related developments; coordinates and realizes all necessary actions and procedures.
Adaptation of global Market Access strategy and initiatives to the market
Business case development & market access plan: makes sure that country MAx is leveraging sophisticated data and analytical capabilities to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation to streamline Market Access operations and accelerate time to market
Local markets business insights and levers understanding to co-develop and execute best strategies
Identify and assess potential risks related to country Market Access topics, including geopolitical, regulatory, and operational risks
Ensure all necessary global pricing & access approvals are obtained
Maintain a high level of knowledge with regards to the scientific, clinical and commercial developments in the therapeutic area(s) as well as a robust understanding of relevant recommendations, pricing and funding criteria used by payers to make informed decisions about payer strategy, plans and tactics.
Support policy/environment shaping activities to ensure value messages are acknowledged by all relevant stakeholders, including payers influencers.
Ensure on-boarding of affiliate teams, timely and aligned roll-out of Market Access deliverables across markets.
Ensure that budget allocated to franchise-related projects he/she is leading is in line with the plan, according to the brand priorities and in close partnership with the Franchise MAx and GBU MAx Heads
Compliance : Respects corporate commitment and compliance guidelines.
About you
Critical skills & experi e nces:
Proven record of market access & public affiars experience.
Exposure to international environment with track record of performance in Market Access, Public Affairs
Experience with contributing to Global initiatives and local implementation
Experience in supporting access negotiations
Understanding of payer value drivers, anticipating payor objections and creation of multiple possible solutions
Demonstrated ability to leverage research, scenario analyses and payers’ insights to generate integrated market access and pricing strategies and plans to maximise product differentiation most relevant to payers
Understanding of the evolution of the market access landscape
Turkish (native speaker) and English (fluent in business environment)
