Job Purpose
Carries out all activities that are required to ensure optimal pricing & reimbursement of new GSK products and secure/improve current pricing & reimbursement conditions of in-market GSK portfolio for their responsibility area
Your Responsibilities:
Perform timely and accurate annual reference price/price evaluation committee review and submissions
Identify pricing opportunities & anticipate pricing risks and take due actions to minimize risks or maximize opportunities in alignment with business objectives
Closely track competition and regulation changes to foresee any pricing impacts on GSK products
Lead cross-functional teams to define access strategies and drive execution for GSK portfolio including reimbursement dossier preparation and submission, building local value stories, generation of stakeholder maps and carrying out engagement activities
Identify gaps & needs and develop access/policy solutions in the relevant therapeutic areas
Why you?
Basic Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in engineering, life sciences, economics, business, finance or a scientific discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience with a strong track record in Market Access and Pricing
Solid understanding of healthcare system, pricing and access processes in Turkey
Strong project management skills with high personal accountability and integrity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a complex and matrix environment
