Customer Service -Assist clients with service needs and provide order status to clients. -Our Client Service Department is responsible for all activity on open and invoiced orders. -Ensuring from the point of sale to delivery that the furniture order goes smoothly and client is thrilled with our service. -Post Delivery, client services resolves any issues pertaining to the furniture and warranties.

MUST HAVES -3+ years of customer service or office experience handling calls and client needs (member services, banking, client relations) -Proven track record of managing customer account information -Data Entry/Microsoft Office Suite/Computer Navigation (Only having call center experience is limited because they only see one point of the interaction. Their CS team handle every touch point from the point of sale through the life of the furniture.) NICE HAVES: -Manufacturing Experience or Furniture Industry -Customer service chat experience -Bilingual in Spanish SOFT SKILLS: -Must love customer service and customers -Detail-oriented -Thrives on solving customer problems and helping customers, drivers, and designers -Work on a team and independently -Career-driven - People skills- interacting with clients - Must have prior phone skills - Pay attention to detail - Must be able to Multi task - Retain information well - Organized - Can think outside the box; problem solver - Takes direction well - Can properly compose an email - Great work ethic- sits at their desk and works hard daily and sets goals - Dependable-We don’t want employees who call in
