At least 3 years of direct project management experience within an IT company;

Understanding and experience with dedicated teams, fixed price and T&M contracts.

Pre-sale experience would be a plus;
Experience with mentoring junior PMs, and working with delivery management.
Responsibilities:
Managing projects on all stages (initiation; planning; execution; closing);
Working directly with stakeholders on both the client and company side;
Finding the best ways of generating value through project execution aligned with client business goals, in cooperation with the Delivery Manager;
Building and nurturing teams;
Setting up, implementing, and adjusting project processes;
Driving different kinds of communication (including providing feedback, defining requirements, defining expectations, resolving conflict situations);
Creating different plans and working proactively with them checking, improving, and adjusting;
Proactive work with risks (including identification, mitigation, and exploitation);
Getting things done in all aspects of PM activities;
Contributing to company PMO.
