Are you a skilled and experienced Combo Welder looking for a rewarding opportunity? Look no further! Our company is seeking talented welders to join our team and contribute to our success. We offer competitive wages ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. If selected, qualified candidates will need to be able to pass a 3G and 4G carbon plate test as well as a stainless steel 2” pipe test.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a welder, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
Familiarity with various metals, alloys, and welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality welds.
strong knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work in a safety-conscious manner.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Responsible for assembling pieces of metal together or repairing damage in metal components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting the metal into shape. Their duties include reviewing blueprints, cutting metal into the appropriate shape and smoothing molten metal to remove creases.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 5 hours at one time
