This northside company is looking for a well rounded Diesel Mechanic to join their team. The is pay $22-26/hour depending on experience. The shift is 2PM-11:00PM with a $2 differential for working this shift. There is some weekend work on occassion. Responsibilities
Competent knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics and diagnostic tools; some engine and component overhaul and repair; some electrical and electronic systems diagnostics and diagnostic tools; brakes and braking systems; transmissions and drivelines; can perform a quality PM inspection. Some knowledge of hydraulics and power lift systems; has the ability to diagnose and repair all classes of heavy-duty trucks/trailers bumper to bumper with limited supervision.
1) Required B technician tool set.
2). Class B CDL license required; Class A preferred
3) Five (5) ASE technician certifications.
