Quality is a key component to sucess! Producing a quality product is essential and our quality manager role will ensure that this is achieved. Need someone who can has worked in a quality inspection role in a warehouse environment and is able to work at a pace that will meet the demands of the production lines. Excellent attendance and punctuality is needed. Position will be working Mon-Fri 7am-330pm. This is a core position working at our client's location on the northside of Jacksonville. This is a long term position working for Randstad in this role. There may be some mandatory overtime working until 5pm as business dictates, and an occasional Saturday if needed. Position does require prior quality inspection/assurance experience .
salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities
Will do quality inspections on finished products to ensure all components in the value-added-package are in good condition to be sent to the consumer.
Need to have good attention to detail and a keen eye to determine if there is a defect on any of the components being produced. Understand and follow the standards set by the client; ensure that the production team lead and the line is following all quality procedures that are in place.
Will conduct inspections on all lines throughout the day to complete the required number of inspections.
Will oversee audits that take place and maintain all required paperwork.
Complete line paperwork accurately and timely.
Communicate to management any defects that are discovered.
Must be able to lift completed cases to perform inspections--most items weigh approximately 30-40 lbs.
Will also work the assembly line as needed based on business needs.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
