Amazon is seeking 'Team Lead' for its Transportation team.
Essential Functions
Responsible for management of daily shifts, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with upstream and downstream teams.
Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hours
Continuously improve the SC process and attain a sustained level of performance standard.
Initiate improvements to enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance.
Implement the formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen
Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
